We are delighted that our Chef Clarisse Flon has been consulting with The White Horse in Dorking to introduce some of her vegan specialities to their restaurant menu.
To celebrate and introduce her dishes she will be hosting a vegan Pop-Up Dinner at 'The Dozen' with General Manager Beccy Gunn on Saturday 26 January 2019.
Red onion tatin with mediterranean salad and cashew herb cheese
Caramelised red onions on tapenade cooked in puff pastry with a mixed leaves,
toasted pine nuts, peppers and sundried tomatoes salaD
Truffle polenta with wild mushrooms in creamy dijon sauce
Crispy polenta served with winter root vegetables, three kinds of mushrooms
and a mustard sauce
Passion fruit and coconut meringue tart
Silky passion fruit curd on coconut biscuit topped with torched meringue
Selection of vegan cheeses
