Also known as the Hammersmith Apollo, the event and entertainment venue the venue has a max capacity of 3655 and hosts intimate concerts of some of the greatest musicians and comedians from around the world. Rugby Union stadium 55 minutes from the hotel by public transport. Twickenham Stadium plays host to home test matches for the England Rugby Union team, home Six Nations matches and is regularly attended by avid fans Prince William and Prince Harry! The stadium also hosts music concerts and events throughout the year.
Contemporary art gallery opened by Charles Saatchi in the 1980’s, now housed at the Duke of York Square on the Kings Road. The gallery showcases Saatchi’s collection, featuring a large collection of Young British Art. Just 15 minutes from the hotel via the Circle Line on the tube.
Premium shopping, wining and dining quarter in Chelsea and home to famed retailer Peter Jones, one of London’s favourite department stores. Set back from the main square, The Duke of York Square hosts a weekly farmers market on Sundays in front of the Saatchi Gallery and Partridges, one of the few remaining family run food stores in central London. Hop on the tube at Bayswater to arrive at Sloane Square within 20 minutes.
