Bayswater
Multicultural bayswater is known for kensington Gardens, an expansive park with landscaped lawns, large playground, contemporary exhibitions at the serpentine gallery and stately kensington palace, a royal residence. Restaurants line busy Queensway road and the hotel is a few minutes’ walk from Queensway and Bayswater underground stations.
Bayswater borders hyde park and Kensington Gardens, it’s an area of West London in the city of westminster. It is one of the London’s most cosmopolitan areas, with the significant diversity of the local population. When you first exit the Bayswater tube station it is surrounded by small cafes, restaurants and shops, perfect for a city break! Bayswater remains the most cosmopolitan district of all of the London boroughs. Once you leave the busy Queensway (the main street in Bayswater) you’ll discover that Bayswater is mostly a residential neighbourhood. Everything is in walking distance. Notting Hill is just few miles down the road with good shopping, restaurants and cinemas. If it is a nice day you can wander into Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens and get lost amongst nature.
Paddington train station is literally around the corner. So is Edgware Road with its markets, shops and great restaurants.
